"French suzette" is a special French toast made by lightly soaking bread in a thick apareil with fragrant orange zest (pericarp) and fresh cream, with a crispy surface and a soft and fluffy inside.
When you eat it with orange liqueur, fresh orange, and buttered sauce, the refreshing orange scent and the faint liqueur flavor spread throughout your mouth.
