How about "delicious moon viewing"? Round sweets using chestnuts "Otsukisan" at Hotel New Hankyu Osaka

Western-style kuri manju "Otsukisan" will be released on September 18th at the 1st floor lounge "Bryan" of the Hotel New Hankyu Osaka (Kita-ku, Osaka). Limited time until November 30th. The price is 390 yen (tax included) per piece.

New sweets like a full moon!

This product is an original sweet made from chestnuts produced by chef Hideki Kubota, who won the gold medal at the 2004 International Exhibition of Culinary Sciences. The pudding with a "purple" texture is wrapped in a dough that combines Japanese chestnut paste and yolk bean paste.

It is said that it is made with the image of a round "Otsuki-san" floating in the autumn night sky.
