The "2017 Summer Citrus Fair" with citrus tarts will be held from August 7th to 31st at each tart specialty store "Kilfebon".
The fair has a lineup of 6 tarts made with citrus fruits that you will want to eat in midsummer. Four of them are new. You can enjoy sweet and sour and refreshing tarts such as lemon, lime and grapefruit.
"Grapefruit and lychee tart" is a tart made by soaking fresh grapefruit in syrup with lychee liquor and decorating it all over. A moist baked coconut sponge and yogurt mousse are combined. You can also enjoy the crispy texture of the lychee pulp. The price is 717 yen for a piece and 6,804 yen for a hall (25 cm) (tax included, same below).
"Lemon and cream cheese tart-coriander flavor-" is a tart that combines lemon chiboust cream with rich cream cheese. The lemon jam laid between them is accented with coriander, which has a slight scent. The price is 608 yen for the piece and 5,724 yen for the hall (25 cm).
"Bergamot and black tea tart" is a tart decorated with orange with plenty of refreshing bergamot and black tea and two kinds of jelly. A sponge with the scent of black tea and bergamot mousse are combined. The price is 624 yen for the piece and 5,940 yen for the hall (25 cm).
