Robuchon's most popular croissant is now a "waffle"!

Joel Robuchon's bread specialty store "Le Pan de Joël Robuchon" Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs store released a new work "Cool Croissant Waffle" which arranged the popular number one "Croissant" on June 2nd. Limited time until August 31st (planned).

Robuchon's signature product, the most popular croissant, is baked into a "waffle shape" , cream is poured inside, and it is chilled in the refrigerator, which is a luxurious new summer product!

◆ I tried it!

There are two flavors of cream that overflows, "vanilla" (340 yen, tax not included, same below) and "pistachio" (360 yen).

Vanilla contains custard cream using Tahitian vanilla beans and deep-tasting "egg-raising". Rich scent of rich vanilla beans! A custard cream that gives you a firm feel of the richness of the egg, and is a perfect match with the slightly sweet and fragrant croissant dough.

On the other hand, pistachio is a rich cream that uses fragrant pistachio and amaretto (spirit). It has a glossy taste with a mixture of natty scent and liquor flavor. Amaretto is better than I expected and it is for adults. It's like drinking a cocktail!

In addition, a sandwich with ingredients such as roasted salmon, eggs, and prosciutto in a croissant waffle is also available. It will be sold only at the Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs store.

The lineup includes "broiled salmon croissant waffle sandwich" (500 yen), which is a combination of salmon with dill sauce and honey, and "tamago croissant waffle sandwich" (350 yen), which is seasoned with sour cream, mayonnaise, and truffle oil. Three types of combinations, "Prosciutto and Luccola Croissant Waffle Sandwich" (450 yen).
