New products "Red Christmas Cake (Berry Mousse & Chocolate Ganache)" and "White Christmas Cake (White Chocolate & Praline Cream)" were released on December 13th at each Lawson store (excluding some stores). The price is 320 yen each (tax included).
The red Christmas cake (berry mousse & chocolate ganache) is a cake made from French chocolate ganache wrapped in chocolate mousse and sponge cake and coated with red glasage (sugar coating). You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of berries and the bitterness of chocolate.
On the other hand, the white Christmas cake (white chocolate & praline cream) uses rich French white chocolate. A nutty praline cream and a slightly orange sponge are combined. The richness and texture of the nuts are accented.
