The Kurumiko introduced this time is a product of the confectionery store "Kouya" that has been in Kamakura since 1954. It is a sweet made by sandwiching caramel mixed with walnuts in butter dough, and has a history of winning the highest award at the "25th Kanagawa Prefecture Famous Confectionery Exhibition Confectionery Contest" (2011).
