This is a baked cheesecake made with Fuji apples from Yoichi, Hokkaido. Baked cheesecake dough and apple sliced preservatives are layered on a base lined with Graham cookies. Baked cheesecake is made by adding domestic sour cream to Hokkaido cream cheese to balance the sweetness and sharpen the taste.
In addition, the top surface is finished with plenty of streusel (granular dough) with a scent of cinnamon. It seems that you can enjoy the crispy, crispy texture.
The diameter is 12 cm and the price is 2,160 yen (tax included).
