Two types of cold noodles appear at Chun Shui Tang
"Mala soymilk cold noodles" and "salt chicken coriander cold noodles" will be offered from June 6th at each Taiwanese cafe, Chun Shui Tang. Both prices are 850 yen (excluding tax).
Mala Soymilk Ryomen is a combination of spicy special meat miso kneaded with 5 kinds of spices such as Chinese pepper and chili pepper, and sesame-flavored soymilk sauce. The spicy noodles are finished with an appetizing spiciness after the pepper.

Shiotori Kana Ryomen is a combination of marinated salted chicken and a special salt sauce. It has ginger and plenty of coriander, and you can eat it like a salad.
