Caramel + almond + avocado = melmond avocado
Melmond avocado is a shaved ice with condensed milk syrup in the center, topped with caramel sauce and soy milk avocado espuma (mousse-like foam), roasted almonds, and avocado. The smooth texture of avocado and the sweetness of caramel make it a habit.
On the other hand, Arakado strawberry is a shaved ice containing condensed milk syrup topped with strawberry syrup, soy milk avocado espuma, square-cut strawberries, and Alazan. It seems that the mellow texture of the espuma and the sweet and sour strawberry taste go well together.
Alazan + avocado + strawberry = arakado strawberry
