The hot pot season will finally begin in autumn!

It seems that Ebara Foods will release "Kimchi Nabe no Moto Mellow" on August 22, just before the season begins.


I borrowed it! The package is also mellow!


As you can see from the name, it is less spicy and richer than the standard "Kimchi Nabe no Moto".

The secret of the mellow taste is "soy miso" and "soy milk" added to the tonkotsu soup. Arranged menus such as kimchi risotto and kimchi bowser may be a bit different from usual.
