February 11th, a workshop by pastry chef Takashi Kono, who runs the sweets brand "3 o'clock", to produce "macaroons" for Valentine's Day at "Gift your time", a service that allows you to make gifts with professional writers. It will be held on the day!
This time we will make "bitter & spicy" chocolate macaroons. Fig, anise, and salted caramel are added to the red macaroons, which are typical of Valentine's Day, and dark lamb and raisins are added to the brown macaroons.

The workshop time is from 15:00 to 18:00, and the venue is Ebisu Studio (1-13-13 Hiroo, Shibuya-ku). Participation fee is 5,000 yen (material cost, lecturer fee, consumption tax included).
I have to buy chocolate soon! Some people may be impatient, but if you have time, a "handmade" gift may be a good idea!
