Casual dining "bills" is very popular both in Japan and overseas as "the best breakfast in the world" with menus such as scrambled eggs and pancakes. I visited the Omotesando store (Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku 7F) and tasted the new menu that appeared this fall. In this article, I will introduce three of the new menus that I was particularly interested in!
First of all, the menu "Spring Onion Fritters w / Homemade Gravlax Salmon" that looks like Chijimi. Spinach, gravlax salmon, and zucchini are placed on the dough containing spring onions, and you can enjoy a light taste. According to the clerk, light white wine goes well.

Next is the pasta menu "Fennel sausage, kale, mozzarella orikiette". The ingredients are as the name suggests on the menu, and the flavors of olive oil and sage herbs are effective. The sausages are also large, and they are good enough to eat!
By the way, "Orikiette" is a kind of pasta that means "small ears" in Italian. It is shaped like an earlobe and has a chewy texture!

Lastly, I would like to introduce the menu "Club, Chorizo's Kimchi Fried Rice" that Bill Granger, a restaurant of bills, devised with an addiction to Asian food. Brown rice is seasoned with "spring onion dressing" and "red chili" is used to add spiciness.
The kimchi is served on the plate and is not simmered with the ingredients, so the rice does not have the kimchi flavor. However, the taste is strong overall and the amount is sufficient, so it is also recommended for men who want to eat solidly!

Bills plans to open a new store on Waikiki Beach Walk, Hawaii in the spring of 2013. Based on the new concept of fusing beach culture from all over the world with Hawaiian surf culture, bills is working on introducing the first casual cafe / bar format and developing menus that make use of local ingredients. ..
