Banks Cafe & Dining Shibuya "Matcha Tiramisu Pancake"
A fluffy texture that goes beyond fluffy?

At Banks Cafe & Dining Shibuya, a new Japanese-style spring "Matcha Tiramisu Pancake" will be on sale from April 1st. The price is 1,300 yen (excluding tax).

The pancakes are made from 100% Hokkaido flour. It seems that it is finished with an unprecedented "fluffy" and smooth texture. No baking powder is used, and mascarpone is thoroughly kneaded and carefully baked one by one in a frying pan.

This "fluffy pancake" is combined with the fragrant Uji matcha from Kyoto and the special "Hokkaido bean paste mascarpone cream". Rich black honey maple and matcha espresso are also provided separately. It seems that you can enjoy the change in taste if you eat it little by little in the second half.
