I came to "IVY PLACE". A cafe and dining bar with a simple appearance and a stylish atmosphere.


When I headed around 14:00 on weekdays, the inside of the store seemed to be crowded. Since I made a reservation in advance, I was guided to the seat just by waiting for about 10 minutes, but if there is no reservation, should I be prepared to wait to some extent?


The interior of the store looks so-called “instagram”, but the design is moderately calm for adults, so the customer base has a wide impression. A variety of people are enjoying their meals, from women in their early 20s to men in their early 50s.


I ordered "Classic Buttermilk Pancake (1,300 yen including tax)" and "Hot Coffee Special Single Origin (700 yen including tax)". "Fresh fruit (360 yen including tax)" is also added to the toppings. In the case of the morning menu, you can add free refill coffee for 300 yen including tax.


Pancakes with butter in the center and lightly powdered sugar sprinkled on the whole. The thickness is normal, but the diameter is large.


First you can feel the smooth texture of the roasted surface, and then you can feel the softness of the fluffy dough. Yeah, simple and delicious! The fluffy texture that comes to mind when you think of it as a "pancake" is reproduced as it is, and it is delicious that does not disappoint.




The toppings are 2 berries and bananas. You can choose either maple syrup or honey for the syrup (free of charge). The author selects maple.


Since the amount is large, it is recommended to add syrup or fruit on the way to add an accent to the taste.



Coffee also has a refreshing aftertaste and goes well with sweet pancakes.


Anyway, the restaurant has a "fashionable" atmosphere and the menu is very satisfying, but it's a bit noisy because it's a popular restaurant, and I'm worried that the clerk frequently pours iced tea (free). People may be worried about it ...?
