Rice A new Taiwanese-style menu item from the "Taste of the World at Matsuya" series is now available. This is the second Taiwanese-style menu item following Lunghi Rice. It was created based on a proposal from the product development manager of a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant.

The "Taiwanese-style Mixed Beef Rice" combines beef rice with a half-boiled egg, Matsuya's own kimchi, seaweed, green onions, and topped with a newly developed excellent "maze sauce. It goes well with Japanese miso soup.

The secret of the delicious taste is the "maze sauce" that plays the main role. The sauce, which is made of chicken white soup base with spicy bean paste and condiments, goes well with both the rice and other ingredients. The rice and ingredients can be boldly mixed to enjoy the flavors of this bowl of rice.


The price including tax is 590 yen for the "Taiwanese Mixed Beef Rice" and 650 yen for the "Taiwanese Mixed Beef Rice with Rice Large portion". Miso soup is not included in the To go, but can be purchased separately for 60 yen.
