White Day Sweets "Macaron Fraise"

and "Biscuit Trois" Shiseido Parlor will begin selling two items, "Macaron Fraise" and "Biscuit Trois," on February 15, 2023, in limited quantities. Both are light and brightly packaged, making them the perfect sweets for White Day gifts and spring greetings.

Macaron Fraise

Meringue dough with sugar, almond pudding, and puree of Fukuoka Prefecture-grown Amaou strawberries is baked and sandwiched with cream made from a combination of Amaou strawberry puree and vanilla paste with Madagascar vanilla beans.


The package is decorated with the lovely red and pink colors of strawberries and a light green to give it a spring-like appearance.


The suggested retail price including tax is 1,458 yen for a package of five. It will be sold at Shiseido Parlour stores nationwide, mainly in department stores, as well as through the online store.


The baked sweets set includes eight pieces of three types of

biscuits: Biscuit Trois

Caneles, Caramelized, and Vanille. Each is baked with carefully selected ingredients.


The canel on the left comes in a set of 3 pieces. The thinly baked, crispy dough is fragrant with cinnamon powder.

The vanille in the center of the image comes in a pack of three. Vanille, in the center of the image, comes in a pack of three.

The caramelized cake on the right comes in a pack of two. It is topped with caramelized, savory almonds.

The package was designed in the image of a meadow with a spring breeze blowing and a light spring song echoing in the air.
