made with an abundance of rare white strawberries and decorated with cookie cream and fluffy sponge. You can enjoy the sweet and mellow aroma of white strawberries. The Ginza store offers shortcakes with "Cottonberry" strawberries grown in Heguri Town, Nara Prefecture.

Valentine's Day Handmade Cake Kit

A kit that allows you to make a fruit art cake at home with a recipe directly from a patissier. In addition to a heart-shaped tart base and whipped cream, strawberries and heart cookies are included. Reservations can be made by phone or in-store.


The price is 3,800 yen. The reservation period is from January 20 to February 8, and the delivery period is from February 10 to February 14.

Cacao Cake

uses chocolate from CACAO HUNTERS, a company in Colombia that consistently produces cacao as a fruit and other special chocolates. The cacao bitter base is filled with bitter chocolate cream and decorated with cacao nibs. The sponge is soaked in passion fruit syrup, and the aromatic cacao can be enjoyed.

This is a product of "Mi (3) Crepe Day" held on the third day of every month at Cafe COMSA. This Mille Crepe expresses the celebration of the New Year with red and white strawberries. Rare white strawberries are used in abundance and decorated with red strawberries and strawberry cream.

New Year's Cake

: Limited reservation-only cake for the

Kiang

Ginza store. Chestnut cream and cocoa cream are combined to express a blue sea wave pattern, a wish for happiness and a peaceful life. The cake is made with chestnut kinton (chestnuts made from Kyoto Tanba chestnuts) and Tanba black soybeans. Inside is a strawberry and mascarpone sandwich.


The size is approximately 15cm x 15cm x 5cm, and the price is 8,000 yen. Reservations will be accepted from December 27th and will be delivered from December 29th to January 3rd. Reservations must be made at least three days prior to the delivery date.

New Year's Cake - Pear and Strawberry Cake -

Chocolate accented with the image of red and white mizuhiki (traditional Japanese paper towels), this cake expresses the joy of welcoming the New Year. The cake is richly decorated with pears and strawberries, which have a mellow aroma and smooth texture, to evoke the festive New Year's season. The base is custard cream.
