Taiwan Gastronomy" Fair at

Bamiyan

All Bamiyan restaurants will hold a "Taiwan Gastronomy" fair offering Taiwanese gourmet food from December 15 to February 8, 2023. In addition, "Shark's Fin and Shrimp Ramen with Thick Crab Miso" will be available as a limited menu item for the year-end and New Year's holidays.

The menu items offered at the "Taiwan Gastronomy" fair are as follows

In the shell! Shrimp Tantu Noodle

A salty soup based on dried shrimp stock that allows you to enjoy the sweetness and richness of the crustacean, and a perfect combination with chicken minced meat. It can be enjoyed with pak choi for an even more ethnic flavor.

Beef and Vermicelli in Taiwanese Clay Pot

This is a Taiwanese night market specialty, where beef tenderloin is stewed in a five-spice powder broth until tender, and then seasoned with vermicelli that has soaked up the flavor of the meat. Even after serving, it can be heated on the stove and enjoyed hot to the end.

Sirloin Beef No

odle: Aromatic soup made with five-spice powder reminiscent of Taiwanese flavors, topped with a hot sauce of cut sirloin steak and vegetables, this is a winter dish.

Stir-fried Soft Shell Shrimp with Shrimp Sauce

This stir-fried vegetable dish features five soft-shell shrimp in a shrimp-sauce broth with the aroma of prawns.


Price: 989 yen.

Taiwanese lu-lo

rice A side dish to be enjoyed in combination with other dishes. This is a Bamiyan-style version of lu-lo rice, a very popular Taiwanese gourmet dish, which uses minced meat for a meaty taste. The use of five-spice powder reproduces the authentic taste.

Four kinds of dim sum

: A side menu to be enjoyed in combination with the dish. The following four types are included.

Seafood dim sum : Seafood dim sum with a colorful yellow and red coloring. It is characterized by its soft texture.
Meat Shumai: Meaty shumai made from pork shoulder with a good balance of fat and lean meat. You can also enjoy the rich texture of vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, mizukuwai, and onions.
Decorated Shrimp Fried Rice: A popular dim sum staple filled with plump prawns. The dough is firm and goes well with the ingredients.
Gomoku Yuba Maki: A hot steamed dim sum filled with the flavor of yuba wrapped with a filling of five ingredients. The filling is pork, onions, bamboo shoots, carrots, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, etc. This is Bamiyan's original dim sum.

Strawberry and Mango Tofu (Tofu)

A side dish to be enjoyed in combination with dishes. A classic Taiwanese dessert with the aroma of soy milk, served with strawberries and mango.
