In conjunction with Vegetable Day, Café COMSA will sell two limited-edition "Vegetable Day" cakes, "Corn Shortcake" and "Hokkaido Potato 'Kitaakari' Cake," which are a surprising, fun and delicious combination, for one day only. The release date is August 31.

Hokkaido Potato "Kitaakari" Cake

Hokkaido potatoes "Kitaakari" with a sweet and crunchy texture are used and decorated with mashed potato cream made from a combination of fresh cream and white chocolate. The base is white chocolate. Priced at 900 yen per piece (tax included).

Corn Shortcake

Boldly cut corn with a crispy texture is decorated with whipped cream and a fluffy sponge. This "Vegetable Day" limited edition shortcake allows you to enjoy the taste of the corn itself. The price is 1,000 yen per piece.
