Origin Bento Sirloin Grilled Shabu Jyu

According to Origin Bento, yakishabu is neither yakiniku nor shabushabu, but rather thinly sliced meat that is quickly cooked like shabushabu and served with a sweet and spicy sauce or ponzu sauce. The sirloin yakishabu-jyu has been developed so that customers can enjoy the flavor of the beef slowly. The main meat is thinly sliced sirloin and grilled in the restaurant. The sauce is made with soy sauce base and is characterized by its rich flavor using two kinds of soy sauce, "Marudaimame" and "Tamari".
