Origin Bento and Kitchen Origin already offer "Katsu-don", a bowl of rice topped with katsu cutlets bound with an egg, as a regular menu item at some of their stores.

Three pieces of hearty fin cutlets are placed on top and served on top of a bowl of rice. The freshly fried fin cutlets are dipped in a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based sauce and served on a bed of rice with shredded cabbage, and it is said that the fin cutlets soaked in the sauce as well as the rice soaked in the sauce will make your chopsticks go faster.
