Shironoir Waka

Warm Danish bread topped with soybean flour sauce, soft-serve ice cream, black sesame sauce, and a generous amount of black ground sesame seeds. One bite and the flavor of the black sesame seeds will fill your mouth. The mild and gentle sweetness of the soybean flour and the savory aroma of the black sesame seeds make a perfect match with the refreshing soft serve ice cream. Kroneige Waka

Cocoa baumkuchen with kinako sauce, soft-serve ice cream, and topped with black sesame sauce and a generous amount of black ground sesame seeds. The balance of the Japanese flavors of kinako (soybean flour) and black sesame and the sweetness of the cocoa baumkuchen is exquisite.
