FamilyMart Famima the Pan Series Renewal

FamilyMart will release a baked good "Small Famima the Melon Pan-like Cookie" on March 28, 2023. On the same day, "Melon Pan", "Cream Pan", and "Curry Pan" from the "Famima the Pan" series will also be renewed.

"Small Famima the Melon Pan-like Cookie" is a small cookie inspired by "Famima the Melon Pan". Fermented butter from Normandy, France, is used in the recipe to reproduce the crispy texture on the surface and the moistness inside. The result is a lovely cookie that gives the sensation of eating melon bread. The cookies are sold in limited quantities throughout Japan and are priced at 198 yen (including tax). The price is 198 yen (tax included).

Pan "Famima the Melon Pan" has been redesigned to have a crispier biscuit dough surface and a fluffier bread dough inside. It features a crispy cookie dough made with fermented butter from Normandy, France, and a fluffy bread dough made with panettone. The product will be sold throughout Japan except Okinawa Prefecture. The price is 128 yen.

Cream

Bread "Famima the Cream Bread" has been renewed to create a moist dough that goes well with custard, and the egg used in the dough has been reduced to only egg yolk for a richer and more flavorful taste. The moist and fluffy dough, which contains panettone seeds, is baked and filled with a custard cream rich in milk and egg flavor. The cream and bread are united and melt-in-your-mouth. The bread is sold nationwide except Okinawa Prefecture. The price is 138 yen.

the Curry Bread "Famima the Curry Bread" has been renewed with a new flour that retains moisture so that the dough remains moist and chewy over time. The curry filling has a new seafood flavor and more spices have been added for a richer, more satisfying taste. The rich and delicious European-style curry filling with beef and sauteed onions is wrapped in a moist and chewy doughnut dough. The price is 140 yen.
