Mitsunobu Tsuruya

The first Hidenori Kanazawa was born in Shijo Wakasaya for seven years and has been engaged in Tsuruya Yoshinobu for seven years. In 1947, he received a warm-up from the head family, Yoshinobu Tsuruya, and was founded under the name of Tsuruya Yoshinobu in Katsura, where the Katsura River and the palace that flow to the west of Kyoto also exist, and was awarded the "Modern Master Craftsman" in 1995. We value the seasons and develop Kyoto sweets such as yokan that are bite-sized using agar.
