Here is a simple recipe for "dried bananas" that can be made quickly in a microwave oven. All you have to do is cut a banana and cook it. The crispy, sticky, sweet, and savory dried bananas are recommended as a snack or a nibble.

Ingredients



1 banana
Salt to taste
Cinnamon powder to taste

Salt and cinnamon powder are recommended to change the taste. Of course, banana alone is also delicious.


Preparation

Peel the banana and slice diagonally into slices about 5 mm thick.


Place the bananas on a cookie sheet and microwave (500W) for about 5 minutes.


Remove the bananas from the microwave and check for doneness. If it is not cooked enough, add 1 to 2 minutes more.


When the bananas are cooked to a golden brown, they are done! The fish is still wilted, but this is OK because it will become slightly crispy when cooled.

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Sprinkle with salt or cinnamon to taste!
