I tried Lawson's "Raw Florentine Cheesecake". The baked confectionery "Florentine", which is characterized by its crispy crispness, is a moist and soft arrangement.


The selling price is 210 yen (tax included), and the calories are 222 kcal. The "raw type" of florentine is embossed, sliced almonds are sprinkled with raw caramel, finished fragrant at low temperature, and the dough is combined with rare cheese that is moist and melts in the mouth.


It looks like a stick-shaped cheesecake and a florentine in one. When you insert the knife, the upper dough that is integrated with the caramelized almonds is hardened, the rare cheese layer just below is softened, and the bottom dough is baked hard again, so it may be difficult to cut cleanly.



When I grab it, the almonds are crispy and the dough is crispy, but the rare cheese inside is moist and smooth, and the mouth feels soft as a whole. The ingredients are well-organized, and not only is the idea fun, but it seems that they are well made as sweets.


Even so, I was impressed by the fact that not only Baumkuchen and Financier but also Florentine was flooded with "moist" waves. A refreshing American coffee is recommended as a drink.
