[Tasting] KALDI's "Wine Pamis Chocolate" was an adult chocolate made from wine grape pomace!

"Wine Pamis Chocolate White" (298 yen including tax) is on sale at each KALDI Coffee Farm store. Chocolate from the "Moheji from Hokkaido" series.

This is chocolate made from "Wine Pamis", which is the squeezed residue of grapes during winemaking. The grapes are said to have been produced at a camel farm in Yoichi, Hokkaido. This product itself does not contain alcohol at all, so even those who are not good at alcohol can rest assured.

Individually wrapped, 65g (2.29oz)

When you bite it, it has a nice texture. While slowly melting on the tongue, the sweetness and richness of the mellow milk and the refreshing scent of grapes spread softly in the mouth and escape from the nose. Delicious!

There is no astringency or bitterness, and the impression is that only the delicious parts of the grapes are included. It doesn't feel like wine, but it tastes more mature than ordinary grape chocolate.

Grape x grape mariage is a perfect chocolate for wine, but since it does not contain alcohol, people who are not good at wine can of course eat it deliciously. Enjoy a little happy taste for adults!
