Hot Bean Sprouts with Hot Bean Sprouts Sauce" by Ippudo is ready in 5 minutes! The spicy taste with lots of flavor is addictive!

Hot bean sprouts are a hidden favorite of the Ippudo ramen chain. I found a condiment called "Hot Bean Sprouts Sauce" that makes it easy to make it at home.

Ippudo "Hot Bean Sprouts Sauce

The ingredients include edible vegetable oil and fat, soy sauce, chili peppers, gochujang, ground sesame, grated garlic, bonito extract, fish sauce, kelp seasoning extract, garlic powder, and pepper. It is priced at 400 yen (tax not included) for 300ml (10.14us fl oz) of content. It can be purchased at Ippudo's official online store.

I made "Spicy Bean Sprouts".

Wash a bag of bean sprouts, put them in a heatproof container, and microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. This is a quick side dish that can be made in about 5 minutes.

It's spicy and super delicious! Not only is it spicy, but it also has a delicious flavor that leaves a lasting impression. The fresh sweetness of the bean sprouts is punched up by the gochujang and garlic. It is great with rice, and of course as a topping for ramen. You can easily finish a bag of bean sprouts.

I marinated chicken in "Hot Bean Sprouts Sauce".

The sauce is full of flavor and goes well with ingredients other than bean sprouts. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for about 30 minutes, then stir-fry it with thinly sliced daikon radish and small pieces of green onion. Only the sauce is needed for seasoning.

Even the lightly flavored chicken and daikon will have a deep flavor with the sauce. The spiciness that lingers on the tongue invites you to take another bite. The aroma of spring onions adds a refreshing accent.

It can also be used in a variety of other ways, such as dressing vegetable salads and seasoning bibimbap. Just by adding it to your regular dishes, you can make them taste like a restaurant!
