Cafe Comsa sells seasonal limited shortcakes on the 22nd of every month. Since the calendar has 15 days above the 22nd and strawberries (15th) above the 22nd, the 22nd of every month is designated as "Shortcake Day".
"Apple Rose Montblanc Shortcake" will appear on Shortcake Day in September. A fluffy sponge is combined with a cream that is less sweet, and carefully baked apple roses are beautifully topped.
