Chicken breast 1 sheet
Starch 2 tablespoons
Salad oil 1 tablespoon
Ketchup, mayonnaise, miso, mirin, soy sauce 1 tbsp each
Sugar, oyster sauce 1 teaspoon each

Grilled chicken breast with miso mayonnaise

material

1 chicken breast 2 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon of salad oil
1 tablespoon each of ketchup, mayonnaise, miso, mirin, soy sauce
1 teaspoon each of sugar and oyster sauce

How to make

Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, miso, mirin, sugar and oyster sauce in a container to make a sauce.


Slice the chicken breast to about 1 cm. Peel off the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces. * If you are not good at it, please remove the skin.


Sprinkle the potato starch evenly on the whole.
