2 tomatoes 1/4 onion 1/4 perilla soup stock 1 cup weak salt a little vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil

● How to make

Roll the tomatoes in boiling water and boil them in cold water. Use a kitchen knife to hollow out the area around the calyx.

Put the soup stock and salt in a pan and heat it. When it boils, add the tomatoes, cover it, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the heat.

Finely chop the onion, put it in a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave for about 50 seconds (600W).

Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and olive oil to the onions and mix. If you keep it in the refrigerator, it will be cool and delicious on a hot day.

When the tomatoes have cooled, serve them in a bowl and add the seasoned onions to the sauce. Topped with chopped perilla, it's done!

● What is the taste?

Horse! When you stretch it, you can enjoy the delicious taste of soup stock, the sweetness of soft tomatoes, and the moderate taste. The onion flavor and the refreshing aroma of the perilla are also refreshing!

The oil content of olive oil creates an exquisite mellowness, and it also has a delicious taste like marinade. You can eat it when the heat is removed, or cool it in the refrigerator and then eat it. It's best on a hot day.
