At each Cafe Comsa store, "Okinawa Prefecture'Ripe Mango'Shortcake" will be on sale for 5 days from July 22nd to July 26th.
Since the calendar has 15 days above the 22nd and strawberries (15th) above the 22nd, the 22nd of every month is designated as "Shortcake Day". On the 22nd of every month, Cafe Comsa sells seasonal limited-edition shortcakes.
On the day of shortcake in July, shortcakes made with ripe mango from Okinawa prefecture during this season will appear. Okinawan mango, which can only be eaten now, is decorated like a gorgeous frill, and is finished with a fluffy sponge and sweet cream. You can enjoy the rich sweetness that melts and the smooth texture of mango.
The price is 1,600 yen per piece (1,800 yen at the Ginza store), including tax.
