"Konjikiraoh," also called "Revolutionary Watermelon," is a very rare watermelon with a golden flesh, which was the result of a research that focused on one thing: taste and sweetness. After eight years of development, the seeds of this new variety will be released in 2021. It boasts a "next-level sweetness" for a watermelon, with a strong sweetness and a pulp that has a good texture.

The "Golden Rao" cake uses the fresh and sweet "Golden Rao" with a crunchy texture, and combines it with a fromage blanc base. This cake allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of the watermelon itself. Priced at 1,000 yen (tax included) per piece.
