Kitami Hakka Ice Cream is made with milk from Hokkaido and Hakka oil from Kitami, Hokkaido. Chocolate chips are mixed in.



I had previously tried " MenBis," a chocolate mint cookie also made with Kitami Hakka, which was extremely delicious, so I had high expectations for this Kitami Hakka ice cream as well.

Now, the real taste!


First of all, the ice cream is more hackberry than mint! The feeling is unmistakable. The cool, refreshing taste of the nostalgic Hakka candy has been perfectly recreated in ice cream. Even after the ice cream is gone from your mouth, your tongue and throat will feel refreshed for a while.

The crunchy chocolate chips are not so big, but only add a subtle accent. Sometimes the bittersweetness gives your tongue a rest. Delicious!
