"Motto Red Tanuki Ten Udon" is a product in which red fox takes in green tanuki small shrimp tempura, and this year, red tempura with red ginger added to the small shrimp tempura and red kamaboko are used as ingredients. The thick, chewy udon noodles are matched with the light soy sauce-style udon soup stock made with dried bonito flakes and kelp soup stock. Shichimi pepper is included separately.
