The TOPVALU Select Mozzarella Cheese Burrata, which will be released this time, uses 100% milk produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido, and fresh cream with a milk fat content of 47% or more. Stracciatella (a mixture of fresh cream and cut mozzarella) is carefully wrapped by hand in mozzarella cheese. The moment you insert the knife, the creamy taste of rich mozzarella and fresh cream melts from the inside.
