Kyoto Tanba chestnut "Kurimine" cheesecake

Kurimine and Nanatate chestnut large grain system are rare Japanese chestnut varieties that Mr. Kazumichi Taniwaki, the representative of Shimanto, Kochi prefecture, cultivated this species from among the seven chestnuts. It seems that very few farmers are cultivating.

A luxurious whole cheesecake with sweetened boiled chestnuts spread throughout the cake mold on a cheesecake dough that uses plenty of such rare chestnut marron paste.
