A pop-up store of "Cheesecake Basket Shirara", a masterpiece of the Western confectionery brand "Gin no Gudo", will open in JR Nagoya Takashimaya on April 18. It will be held until April 24th.

Cheesecake Basket Shirora is a simple cheesecake that is finished without using any sponge or tart dough. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included).


The rich, refreshing, non-aged type of fresh cheese is naturally drained, which is a "manufacturing method inspired by traditional Japanese colander tofu". ..
