・ Cookie tiramisu 270 yen (tax included, same below) Cup sweets finished by serving tiramisu with cocoa cookies sprinkled with coffee powder. The rich Italian mascarpone and the bittersweetness of coffee syrup go great together.
・ Mochiri Crepe Double Rare Cheese Cream 181 yen A crepe dough with a mellow scent using fermented butter, wrapped with rare cheese mousse and rare cheese whipped cream.

● Hokkaido
・ Assorted cream cake 354 yen A cake made by putting custard whipped cream in a softly steamed dough and serving cream with a moderate sweetness and a smooth texture.
・ Mochiri Mitarashi Dango 159 yen * Sequentially released after April 2nd Mitarashi dango with a chewy texture made with sauce using 3 types of soy sauce and umami soup stock.
● Tohoku
・ Spring colorful dumplings 203 yen * Sequentially released after April 1st A combination of colorful dumplings and whipped cream. Strawberry bean paste and matcha bean paste are used, and cherry blossoms are added to the yellow koshi-dango to create a gorgeous look.
● Koshinetsu / Hokuriku, Tokai
・ White bracken vanilla 118 yen * Sequentially released after April 2nd A plump white bracken dough wrapped in a rich vanilla whipped cream with vanilla beans.
● Kinki
・ Kiln-grilled gateau chocolate pudding 278 yen Sweets that you can taste the moist texture of gateau chocolate and smooth pudding at the same time. It is finished by serving whipped cream on top of the gateau chocolate with chocolate cream.

● Okinawa
・ Uji Matcha Cream & Whipped Raw Dorayaki 224 yen * Sequentially released after April 2nd Matcha-flavored dorayaki. The dough roasted with "Egroyale" eggs has a flavor and a soft and moist texture. Matcha cream using fragrant Uji matcha and rich whipped cream are combined and sandwiched.
