From Marunaga Confectionery's "Aisumanju" series, a seasonal "Aisumanju Daigakuimo" is now available. It will be sold nationwide from January 13, 2020. The estimated price is 160 yen (excluding tax).
"Aisumanju Daigakuimo" is an ice bar where you can enjoy a crispy outside and a relaxed inside. Ice cream containing sweet potatoes from Kagoshima prefecture is coated with sweet potato flavored chocolate containing caramel candy chips with a crispy texture. The sesame seeds bring out the fragrant flavor.
The ice cream is full of sugar soy sauce flavored sauce and red bean sauce. The sweetness of the sauce reproduces the rich molasses that is entwined with Daigakuimo. A rich taste that is perfect for winter.
