Microwave egg sandwich filling recipe. It is easy and does not require boiling eggs, chopping them into small pieces...

Material ( For 2 persons )
egg M3 pcs.
(cow's) milk 2 tablespoons
mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
salt (i.e. sodium chloride) small quantity
bread in a rectangular shape 4 sheets (8 slices)

Egg sandwiches are a staple of sandwiches. To make your own, you have to boil and cut the eggs...it seems a bit time-consuming, doesn't it?

But in fact, you can easily make it using a microwave oven. Let us show you how.

Microwave egg sandwich recipe

Ingredients (for 2 servings

3 eggs M3
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
A pinch of salt
4 slices of bread (8 slices)


Directions

Beat eggs in a bowl or other heatproof container, add milk and salt.



Heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 2 minutes, take out and mix gently.

Place in microwave oven again and heat for an additional 1 minute. Remove and stir to loosen. If it is loose, heat additional minutes.


Remove from heat and add mayonnaise. Now your egg filling is ready!



Break up large chunks with chopsticks or a spoon.

Now all that's left to do is sandwich it between pieces of bread. Press down lightly so it doesn't fall apart, cut into bite-size pieces, and your egg sandwich is ready to eat.



How does it taste?

The plump texture, the egg flavor, and the mild mayonnaise taste make this an undeniably delicious egg sandwich. It is a delicious egg sandwich without a doubt.


Because it is made with beaten egg, you cannot taste the "varied textures of the first part of the egg sandwich," such as the corners of the white and the sticky texture of the yolk, but you will not notice the difference unless you eat it carefully.
