Coconut milk base

■ How to make
1. First, make tapioca mochi. Pour 150 ml of boiling water (90 degrees or higher) into a bowl, add 1 bag of tapioca rice cake flour, stir well with a whisk, and transfer to a flat container for microwave oven. * At this time, open 3 cm or more above the container.

2. Wrap and heat in the microwave for 3 to 3 and a half minutes (for 500W).

3. Remove from the microwave, remove the plastic wrap, stir the whole with a spoon moistened with water, flatten the surface, and then cool and harden.

4. Next, make coconut milk. Pour 200 ml of boiling water into a bowl, add 1 bag of coconut milk and stir with a whisk for 1 minute to dissolve well.

5. Add 100 ml of milk to it, mix and cool in the freezer. You can use soy milk

6. Add bite-sized tapioca rice cake to coconut milk and top with fruits if you like.

■ Sweet coconut milk
Coconut milk, which has a smooth texture like drinking yogurt, and tapioca mochi, which has a chewy texture, go perfectly together! If you top it with banana, orange, kiwi, etc., juicy sweetness will be added and the dessert feeling will be further improved ♪

The tapioca mochi is chewy!

"Coconut milk base" is a Kantenpapa that is easy to make and easy to enjoy. It seems convenient to keep a bag in stock. When you see it, pick it up!
