How does it taste?

The browned skin is fragrant and the filling is juicy! The juices from the plump pork and the umami of the seafood blend together deliciously. Goes well with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) and grated ginger!

With mustard or soy sauce, of course.

Juicy red bean paste

The savory taste of baked siu mai has been added to the usual siu mai. The box can be stored at room temperature, so you can buy it as a souvenir when you go out to the Yokohama area!
