I would like to introduce a product called "Mochipuchi" released by Showa Sangyo because it is interesting. This is a simple dessert mix powder that can be made with just water!

Mochipuchi

It's a white powder, but its identity is a mixture of sugar, glucose, powdered starch syrup, and modified starch (derived from wheat). When mixed with water, it becomes fluffy and chewy, and quickly turns into a mysterious snack like jelly-like warabi mochi. It's delicious even if you wrap it with fruits!

● How to make

Put 150 ml of water in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in a 500 W microwave oven for 2 minutes (1 and a half minutes for 600 W). Put the mochi powder in warm water and mix well with a spoon until there are no lumps.

Mix well and dissolve. * Please use a bowl compatible with a microwave oven.

Heat again in the microwave for 2 minutes (1 and a half minutes for 600W), take out the bowl, stir 10 times so that the top and bottom are even, and then heat in the microwave for 2 minutes (1 and a half minutes for 600W).
