"Salty butter cookie" will be released on March 4th from the Meiji ice brand "Meiji Essel Super Cup". The estimated price is 151 yen (tax included).
The first new flavor in the series. The base ice cream has a slightly salty butterscotch-like taste, and is finished by mixing butter cookies with a moist texture using salt from Okinawa prefecture. It is said that cookies add a texture accent and moderate saltiness to the smooth and rich ice cream.
