This is the first Valentine's Day product in collaboration with Lawson and Godiva. I tried a cute new work!
5-layer tailoring
A cake with a mixed jelly of ganache and raspberry & strawberry layered between chocolate sponges. Heart-shaped chocolate and dried strawberries are topped on the pink glasage.
Heart is perfect for Valentine
The sponge is moist, the ganash is smooth, and the jelly is fluffy. Berry seeds pop in the jelly. Furthermore, a surprise that chocolate chips come out from inside.
The difference in texture between layers is fun
