I've been waiting! KALDI, "Sakura" sweets and wine, popular Dacquoise and soy milk sand biscuits are also spring flavors

At each KALDI Coffee Farm store, "Sakura" sweets and sake that make you feel the arrival of spring are appearing one after another. We will introduce a lineup of attention from the original products.

・ Sakura Dacquoise


Dacquoise where you can enjoy a Japanese taste like spring. Cream mixed with chopped cherry leaves is sandwiched in a fluffy cherry-colored dough.

・ Soy milk sand biscuits Sakura


A crispy biscuit with soy milk is sandwiched with a slightly sweet and sour cream containing salted cherry leaf powder.

・ Sakura Azuki chocolate


A soft sweet natto made from azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, coated with white chocolate. It is finished with a slightly salty sakura leaf powder that resembles sakura mochi. The package comes with a zipper that is easy to carry.

・ Sakikura wine


A fruity wine made by immersing "cherry blossoms" in sweet, easy-to-drink rosé wine. The production area is Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture. The varieties are Koshu and Black Queen.
