New Year's limited sweets for Fujiya!
"New Year's sweets" with the image of "Amazake" and "Kagami mochi" are now available at each Fujiya pastry shop. "Amazake Tiramisu" and "Amazake Cream Puff" will be released on December 28th, and "New Year Mirror Mochi Cake" will be released on January 1, 2019.
Amazake tiramisu is a layered tiramisu cake made of mascarpone cream made from Jiuqu sweet sake and a sponge soaked with amazake syrup. It is finished with amazake sauce and topped with kinako. The price is 398 yen (tax included, same below).
Amazake cream puff is made by squeezing custard cream and chantery cream using Jiuqu sweet sake into a shoe case and topped with kinako. The price is 260 yen.
The New Year's Kagami Mochi Cake is a cake that looks like a New Year's Kagami Mochi. You can enjoy white chocolate fresh cake and strawberry cream cake at the same time. The top is topped with sweet and sour orange-flavored macaroons with the image of orange. Limited sale for 3 days from January 1st to 3rd, price is 2,180 yen.
New Year Kagami Mochi Cake
