The burger is balanced! Guts revolving luxury burger to eat at Ebisu "Blacows"-The most popular is "Bacon cheese avocado burger"

"BLACOWS" is about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station on the JR Yamanote Line. At the Meet Yazawa-affiliated hamburger shop, you can enjoy burgers made with carefully selected 100% Japanese black beef patties.

The author ordered the most popular "Bacon Cheese Avocado Burger". The price is 2,100 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). As the name suggests, it is a hamburger sandwiched with bacon, cheese and avocado. This time, we added a topping of "vegetable set (lettuce, tomato, grilled onion)" for +200 yen.

The burger that was brought in is a thick and voluminous dish! All burgers and sandwiches come with the finest Italian additive-free pickles and Hokkaido French fries.

It's too big to bite, so I decided to cut it with a knife. The fluffy buns are original ones created in collaboration with "Maison Kaiser". It is finished with 100% "Maison Kaiser Traditional", a bread flour jointly developed by Maison Kaiser and Nisshin Seifun.

See the plumpness of the buns as well as the thickness of the burger!

A hamburger with a luxurious base topping, BBQ sauce, tartar sauce, onion marinade, and the flavor of the ingredients. In particular, the 100% Japanese black beef patty is super juicy, and when you bite it, it overflows with plenty of gravy! The "golden ratio of taste" that is created in the mouth when all the ingredients are put together. It is a response unique to BLACOWS burgers, finished with an emphasis on balance.

The price is a little high, but it's worth it! Ebisu's "BLACOWS" is perfect for when you want a little extravagance or when you want to have a good time. If you like burgers, give it a try!
