The avocados, grown in Mexico's fertile volcanic soil and favorable growing climate and harvested by hand, are treated with HPP high-pressure sterilization, which prevents the pulp from losing its flavor, and then made into guacamole dip, a sauce seasoned with onion, garlic, and jalapeño.

Avocado Bacon Burger and Avocado Bacon Chicken Fillet Burger will be available at Wendy's First Kitchen starting March 17.

The Avocado Bacon Burger is made with avocados grown in Mexico's fertile volcanic soil and climate, hand-picked and treated with HPP high-pressure pasteurization to preserve the flavor of the flesh, and then seasoned with guacamole dip, a sauce made with onions, garlic and jalapenos.

This is combined with Wendy's original 100% beef patty, flavor-packed bacon, and rich cheese. The juicy meat is accented with guacamole dip to create a creamy, impactful hamburger. The price is 770 yen (tax included).

Avocado Bacon Chicken Fillet Burger

The Avocado Bacon Chicken Filet Burger combines Wendy's original homestyle chicken and guacamole dip. Buttermilk, a traditional American ingredient, is used for the chicken, making the filet tender and juicy, while the batter is uneven and crispy. The price is 670 yen.
